Anyone after a house in Derby?
Just an idea!!
Put my other house up for sale today. 3 bed semi in Derby not bad area at all, GCH, fully double glazed, good garden, drive. Its on for 92k but will take 90k!!!!
When it sells morgage free living at 33!!!, WOOHOO.

Its been rented out for a year to a mates daughter, could do with a lick of paint but thats it! (its cheaper because of it aswell!!)

Breadsall Hill top is not - no idea why....
Not slaggin it off but a 3 bed semi in oakwood would be 150-200k and its a stone's throw away....Think shaggy's 4 bed went for 260k in breadsall
So wouldn't have said its a cheap place to live....
THink i might move LOL....

Its not classed as the best area in Derby but its not the worst by far!!
How many of you have ever come home and found the neighbour weeding your garden "just to help out"? or when your in front garden on a Sunday morning hungover been asked "red or brown sauce on your bacon sarnie"?. The best was this week, came home from work and lady over road asked what i'm having for tea so i said nothing planned yet, she said great as she has made me homemade chicken curry and rice!!! (she makes me something or other about once a week and its luuuvly!!)
Had a sierra cossie on drive for a year and it never got touched once, also rs turbos never been touched.
Its bascally an area with a fair bit of cummunity still, which cant be bad.
Anywho i'm goin on!!
