Default Anti pump Lifter

Just set my cam timing up on my rst but now seems i have a lifter not priming ..was fine before i set the vernier. maybe working piston 1 doing the timing has dried it out? after a short idle it still didnt wanna prime... any tips on how to prime them? these are new lifters ..is it best to take them out and soak them in oil ? its only coming from the lifter / s on piston one.

softer springs inside. They dont take up the extra space available on valve bounce, as normal lifters can take the space up instantly, leaving you with not much compression

Thats how I was told anyway! Makes sense to me!
