Hello again,
I explained to the guy on the phone, I dont do track days, I need the brakes to work 100 yds down the road (NO warm up) and
I wanted dust seals.
He recommended the Greenstuff pads, I do have a choice, so tell me WHY I should get the Redstuff pads????????

Yeah, thats the problem with them - it's not that they don't work, they destroy discs. They're shite!

Steve - DS2500's work fine from cold too

Neil.

Hello Spadge,
Yes mate, had the wheel off and have lots of room according to High-spec.
He said at first 315mm discs, until I told him the inner dimensions of the BBS, he then said 325mm will fit with the caliper.

I would be very surprised if they do mate!
My 16" BBS's only just and i mean only just fit over my 330's using standard so smaller 2wd calipers! The back of the spokes only clear the front of the calipers by using a 3mm spacer.
These guys should know their stuff but i really can't see them fitting to be honest

The 2wd calipers are quite chunky though compared to aftermarket alloy ones so apparently its just the height of the caliper you need to worry about spadge. Also a few of the kits bring the caliper further away from the spokes (not sure if your kit does this as well?)

I know what your saying mate, but he asked me for the measurements.....

Inner wheel 380mm
Disc face to back of wheel 63mm

Then he told me what will fit, gotta go with his advice aint I ?????

Guess you have a point mate! Hadn't thought about aftermarket calipers being slimmer but bigger elsewhere to be honest

I tried my wheels over an ap 330 kit and they were having none of it so i am going to wait and check the calipers are not the same as the godspeed AP (5200's) and if not probably order that kit.

Or I may have a play with some evo 8 calipers and see what i can do.

I knew i should have just got MO's like all the sheep
