If they said that they received your payment on 28 June, then that was 2 and half weeks ago now
If they did post it, then it has gone missing.
If they did not post it, then they are taking the piss.
Did you PM them and ask where your stuff is? If they did not reply within reasonable time (i.e. 1 week) then you need to tell them to get their arse into gear and send goods or refund your money if they cannot. Or else you name and shame them.
If it was thru ebay, then ask e-bay for advice too.

anyone who buys by mail order should insist on having the package fully insured up the the amount to cover the goods inside,it does cost a few more quid but can stop a lot of bad blood.
A parcel which has bee sent can then be tracked aslo paying the extra is proof of postage.I have been sending parts through mail order for over 15 years and yes I have had parcels damged, lost and turn up late but at all times my custumer and I have known that there money and my good are covered.
If a item is sent a fair time to start worring is about 7 days after postage, but as I said if sent correctly a tracking number is available to proove its been sent
There obviously something wrong if the sender is not replying to your PMs,I would be chasing the problem up

They could also be on holiday abroad at the minute. Check out their username profile (or ask one of the mods to have a look) and find out when they last posted on here. I'm sure admin/ Pet/ Stu can access the last time they even visited the site (and not necessarily posted anything).
If they've been on during this time, then they're takin the pee & they need naming. It may be the only way to get them to respond.

i bought something off a pf member in march this year for over Ł200 it eventually got to me at the end of may by this time i had organised a replacement so i sent it back ( another Ł19 postage cost ) it was signed for the next day. and guess what im still waiting to get my refund. this is really pissing me off now. wont even talk on msn when there signed on either and to narrow the named down he is on holiday at this precise moment. i will never buy anything off a member again if i can help it.
they should have ratings like ebay( hes not a trader) then you could see if they are a genuine ford enthuiast

I have bought a few things off here and never had any hassle at all but had major problems with 2 e-bay sellers with very high, good feedback so its just your luck unfortunatly
hope you get it sorted though mate.

We use a trader rating under the avatar on another car forum I use. Not fool proof but gives people an idea at least as to who is good and bad. It also seems to be a lot of the trusting newbies getting stung. Maybe a poll would be a good idea?
