Default NEED ADVICE! T3 problem,HELP!

Have been changing the oil post CC,and having a general fettle. I've noticed that there is some movement between the compressor/bearing housing(the alloy bit) and the exhaust housing(the cast bit).
There is a flange with some 13mm head bolts that mates these together,i've tried nipping them up but makes very little difference. Am i right in thinking that there should be ZERO movement between these 2 parts? Any help/advice most welcome!

they should be tight and have no movement!

think you will have to remove the turbo to do them up properly

Got the blower off,a lot of movement between the 2 parts, but very little movement on the bolts to tighten them. Have split the 2 and everything looks to be OK. This may explain why i was only running .7-.8 bar boost instead of the usual 1 bar all weekend, and it did seem to get worse. I thought the actuator was fooked but maybe not. Will have a trip over to the turbo shop in Hartlepool tomorrow.
