Got the blower off,a lot of movement between the 2 parts,but very little movement on the bolts to tighten them. Have split the 2 and everything looks to be OK. This may explain why i was only running .7-.8 bar boost instead of the usual 1 bar all weekend,and it did seem to get worse. I thought the actuator was fooked but maybe not.

Will have a trip over to the turbo shop in Hartlepool tomorrow.
