I have an odd question just spoke to demondave about the engine
He won't send the engine again to me because after all that happened
I really wanna have the engine, allready bought cossiemanagement fo ZVH and other stuff. i thought maybe there is someone on here who will send it to me through DHL.
I hope you one of you guys could help me!!

Couldn't put it better myself.

Get yourself a 2.0 Zetec engine from a mondeo, some vauxhall (opel) astra turbo pistons (get them modified to fit the zete con rods) then bolt it all together,

Voila one ZVH (ok there is a bit more involved in it than that, but thats the idea)

Why would my cheuqe be no good to him?? And yes i went to try and transfer the funs (from my mrs account just in case any sticky beaks question again!) and we didnt have the address for his bank account! So to speed things along i posted a cheque. Is that ok with you???

POOh and before anyone else ask's why not another bank. I treid i went to every local branh to me but they all said the same thing YOU have to have an account with us to be able to do that! I also tried to do it through the works account but the boss wasnt happy!

Paul Ripley knows what he is saying because i have informed him the whole time,
that is about 2 MONTHS. I just saw in my PM-box message from 23 may, when we made the deal.
Also i think it is very strange that the engine was in Holland but couldn't be delivered to me, why not..... Couldn't they find my house or something like that??
I have spoken to you in MSN thursday and i did you a good offer to sort it out the best way, the way everybody believes you and things has turned out bad...
But now you are doing something nobody understand.....
You are making it very hard on yourself, why not accept any help....

He says the cheque is useless..... it could be the cheque isn't covered....

did you send the cheque recorded?? I will not accept the cheque so I think you will have it back this week...

One more question.... You said you send the stuff to me and you got a "basicrecept" could you put up a pic of that so i can see that it has been sent, maybe a pic of the stuff all wrapped up.....
So everybody can see you have sent it exactly

UK cheque overseas is useless. I double checked it with mine. 99% of banks have people or someone who can help you fill in an international money transfer form. I send a fair amount of money between oz and the UK (my credit card is UK for as the limit is bigger). I can even do it through my electronic banking so maybe that is worth a try.

IMO all Johan should do is tear the cheque up and bin it showing a photo that he has done it. It is not fair he incur the cost for returning it and it is also useless in Holland anyway.

again uk cheque is useless for 100% definate, what you must do is tell the bank what you wish to do, they will then sort you a cheque which will be valid in holland as it is made out to the person but its also made to an appropriate bank in holland, it costs a bit more to do it but thats the only way you can do it by cheque.

Hope you get your full amount of money johan and dave ffs mate do the right thing, even if you are already, try and put yoour self in the guys position, step up and sort this out so the two of you can put it behind you
