goes well does the claws cos powered bomb just how fuckin fast does it pull away once on boost
taz, the box has engagement issues, it wouldnt change properly irregardless of box oil temp when i was out in it

is the car very laggy or was it purely the way dingle was driving it due to engagement issues?
once on boost it sounded mental, was engine was in the 205?
and why did it pass the saph on the straihgt

the 205 is a standard 1.9 mi16v with uprated brakes and konis alround
ryan, its not laggy as such, its a mechanical issue, you physically cannot push it into gear

Because the guy in the saff was not in the right lines and not allowing people to over take - i followed for half a lap to see what was going off then over took - the guy had cooked his brakes as i spoke to him after.

Actually, I personally think Steve has ruined his car with that turbo . It seems to have lots of lag, then completely light the tyres up with zero traction . Must be great fun, but on a tight twisty circuit, I bet the old turbo is quicker, as it looks like struggles to stay on the black stuff .
A car that most DEFINITELY needs slicks to regain some of the lost traction .
The Pug driver is very quick and DOES overtake the Sapphire on the straight , you can see him going "WTF?" when the Sapphire tries to stay in front .

Mike - lag is the effect between gears.....there is none of that.
The fact i can't change gear is another matter LOL.....
Car doesnt feel lagy at all, but the fact i was in 1st and going to 2nd on tyres that had seen better days then it really doesn't matter.
As for the t34 being faster on a twisty circuit - not a chance mate

theres fook all lag in dingys, the thing spools up ridiculously fast between gears when it wrks properly, you should have heard it on the 0-60 etc it is a fookin animal, we were pissin ourselves at the noise and the way it squatted once in third, absolute fookin animal and hoooooooooooooooooooooooow fast!!!

Straight line pace of the car is about on par with a standard Sapphire Cosworth I'd say, but I think none of them were standard as it showed on the straights. I'm holding my hands up in that video because he doesn't let off on the straights to make it easier to get past as he would have been adding about 5-10 seconds to my laps
You can hear my passenger say "there's Dingy, have 'im!" as we catch up that Dingy behind that really slow Sapphire - and we probably would have done had he not pitted
