big thanks to my missus for not loosing it with her new carpet pattern adn allowing me to leave the engine in the house and strip it in the front room when shes watching live 8 on tv

All the best...... Just got mine back in after six months out of the car, and a year off the road....

your either brave or stupid ginge for doing a rebuild in your front room, i know people have done it before but they probably knew what they were doing
eh
tell me the difference a room makes to a build
what if i done it in a damp cold garage that would help me build it better than in a warm home where theres no damp and i live here so can do it while watching TV or even take a photo and post a picture of what im confused with rather than closing the garage all up, driving 2 miles home just to ask why way the thrust washer goes in the block
seriously what makes more sence, the carpet im not concerned with as we want another carpet anway as there was a fooking mark when we bought it and only got carpet while the baby was crawling , now she walks we gettign rid of the carpet
tbh it was nice taking a engine apart while watching live 8, was like have ya mates round having a laugh and plaing twister
