hi all, ok im trying to find something that will encrypt private numbers and personal stuff so its safe when i write it to dvd, meaning if it gets stolen nobody can encrypt it , but i have recently started doin data recovery and found out that even encrpted data can be recovered with out using a password or anything so realy most encrption codes or naff and all you need is good data recovery
i was using bestcrypt

any help

pgp is what we use in the bank for some stuff.. also use a lot of hardware encryption that is extremely hard to crack

andy, i use stellar phoenix data recovery and ontrack recovery both can bring data back from a formated or fdisk hard drive
but will see what this pgp is like when i try to recover from it

Deskey is a good way of doing it, physical dongle needed, very hard to get round.

Not free thouhg of course.
