Go to the banks, they have them or may even have online. Back in my college days I went into Crapwest and they had a booklet with the templates in. Look for some sort of small business guide. There must be a million places on line if you do a google search as well.

as above!

Remember above all banks are looking for a way to measure the RISK your company is to their money!!

Convince they you are a going, professional concern and your 99% there

Think I'm in a good position as the company actually exists and has traded for 4 years.....

The current owner doesn't want to run it any more, as he just wants to do the work rather than run the business, so thats where two of us come in. And hes been evicted

Plan is this, start a new company, but trade as the old name (to keep the brand). The company just needs a new unit (nearly sorted), to be made more efficicent (you would cry if you saw how bad it was ), and vastly improve its customer relations. Kind of simelar to the SCES situation a while back (no offence ment Simon BTW ). Develop a few new products, and finally get a rolling road. Most important thing is the clean slate. I don't need any money to actually start up as we have all the assets already. Another advantage.

I've got a pack from the bank froma couple of years ago after I finished uni. Will dig it out.

Cheers Hybrid for that list, will help me loads too
