Default JCH45ZK MK1 Escort

Who is the owner of this. I saw them on the M1 two W.ends ago. Probably had a cossie conversion as he booted it along side me giving off a wicked chatter. I was in my D plate S1.

Not too clued up of the colours but it was a light blue one with the barker blue strips down the side.

I also saw a black S2 on the M1, B19 ??? (no it wasn't TRB) had 17's and looked very clean.

The RS's were out in force that day

just wondering why the owner would go to as much trouble as to move its location and then fit that hinged cap? (looks like something from a sapph)

if a jobs worth doing....

Escy,
Don't tell me, you would have fitted one of those alloy motorbike jobs!

no, i would have fitted a stainless steel one like they had on the works Escorts.

that was my point. why go to all that effort if he was going to botch a modern fuel cap over it. doesn't suit the car IMO. stands out like a sore thumb too - 1st thing i clocked.

Dingy, i know its common practice - was going to do it in my Mk1
