What would you buy if you had the chance, a custom or non custom S1 and why

Bog standard in every detail would suit me nicely.

I just like them as they came.

I loved these cars when they came out and still think they look great, never driven one and I'm going to keep it that way.

Lewis, surely track car is custom?

Personally i would want a modified one for the simple reason that if you are building a modified performance car a nasty old cvh engined mk3 escort isnt the way to start IMHO, but id like one in original trim just to appreciate for what it was, id probably only drive it twice before getting bored and selling it thoguh

non custom means no sun roof no elecy windows etc.! so there for lkighter & better for track!

i think u might b slightly confused to his term of custom 7 non-custom Si!

they basically did a s1 custom whihc had sunroof & elecy windows central lockin etc & then they did non-custom models where u got bugger all!

non-customs r some what rarer & now more expensive to buy!

Non-custom all day long, lighter, no rust on the roof to worry about and idea basis for a track car
