Default Woohoo! The car's stopped overheating!

its amazing the difference a new header tank cap can make

i knew these were important for pressure n stuff but i didnt realise HOW important!!! did 200 miles on the motorway with the knackered one n kept having to slow down to 50 to get the temp low enuf...

after a new cap i did 200 miles @ 90-110mph (private road) and the gauge was reading well below half!

the thing only cost £3 aswell! :P

so everyone... check your header tank caps

I had a similar problem with my old Cossy as the dougnut before me had painted it blue to match the rocker cover and clogged it up with paint. It must of been the cheapest part I'd ever bought for an RS
