I actually prefered going from a T3 to T34 as i suited my driving style better, ie ploding about and keeping car of boost. Or going flat out thus getting more benefit of the bigger turbo.
What do you mean max? max for T34 is 400bhp

A std cossie T3 has 42a/r in and 0.48 a/r out
A T34 has 60 a/r in and whatever the exhaust housing is normally a 0.63a/r
obviously looking at the figures the T34 will provide more air in and also be able to flow more air out.

P.s if you a worried about lag time with a t34 i would use a T35 comp housing and blades as this turbo setup will have less lag but supply the exact same amount of air in and out.
