Need some advice lads , came home last night and as i was driving in ma street looked at ignition and engine had cut out so anyways managed to park up and had a lok this morning to see if anything had came loose or anything a miss seems all ok looking at it ? so when i try to start my car , which always starts with one turn of key (no gas) it just trys to start but doesn`t fire up seems a fuel problem to me , oh and theres plenty of fuel in it , so is there anything i could check ? fuel pump or something else maybe cant hear it prime for 1 central locking locks unlocks and should i be able to hear it from inside of car ? never really took much notice before any help apreciated , does seem to me like a fuel problem but maybe could be something else ?

It Wasnt Me!
take a plug lead off, stick an old plug on it and sit it on the rocker cover, it should show a good spark when cranking, can check all 4 at the same time if you got 4 spare plugs. easier to get someone to help. if theres no spark, check fuel, if neither appear then i'd bet on ignition amplifier!

THE TWO WIRES HAVE TO CONNECT TO THE SWITCH ANS THEY JOIN TOGETHER THROUGH THE SWITCH HENCE IF CAR HAS SHUNT OR SOMTHING THE PLASTIC PIN POPS UP AND DISCONECT THE FUEL TO CUT ENGINE OUT SO IF THE SWITH IS BROKE THEN PUT A PAPER CLIP ACROSS BOTH WIRES SEE IF THAT WORKS IF IT DOES? FAULTY SWITCH
