ok to make it a short storey a few of us was fooking about as i ending up being chucked in a swimming pool and me left arm hit the bottow hard and ive got fooking bad pain in it now thats really painfull and causing parking to be a nightmare

now just wondering as i start a new job tommorow i dont wanna turn up injured so wondering what i can do to reduce the pain

its really bad so i think ive either pulled a muscle or just bruised inside

im gonna pop out for deep heat unless theres another thing to use, im also taking artheritis pain killers that help when not moving but im gonna need to move me arm and carry things

Ok lads i'll think you'll find that deep heat was banned as it was found to damage the nerve endings in the muscles but there is substitutes for it now just called muscle rub pretty good stuff and get some radox for the bath and soak in that should sort the arm out nicely

im not sure if co-proxamol was banned but i got lots of that too as i got a fooking hand that if it gets cold feels like a cars driving over it and that works on that, just cant move as i get the pain again

ive not broken me collor bone as ive done me collor bone already on that side and nothing in the world can ever be mistaken for that pain

i also dislocated it after i broke me collor bone as the bone seems to have got a bit stronger

its deffo bruised inside and feels like sprain

what was worse was i mwas in the pool face first and due to me arm i couldnt get out and was just drowning while all me mates where reaching for there phones to film me stuck in the water
