I hate it, its a bunch of f+cking c+nt.

Chris, there is a shot you can get but only really the tablets that work, try some tablets that aren't the "one a day for all the day" type then just don't take the evening one and get trollied

Get it every year, plus I am allergic to dust and pet hair by the looks of things, with two cuddly cats at home you can imagine what it's like for me.

I use beconase, quick squirt in each nostril in the morning and it pretty much sorts me out, but it's not a pleasant experience first thing though.

I had it so bad at school that they postponed my exams. Well, tis a bloody stupid time of year to have to take them if you suffer from hayfever! Now I rarely get it and if I do a couple of piriton sort me right out, but when it was bad I had the injection, the pills and the nose pump. The nose pump in the best thing IMO, even if it is gross and slightly freaky

I get it really bad !!! I take tablets and a nose spray, I think the tablets are called Cetirizine and the nose spray is Nasonex (pescription jobbys !!). Once Ive dosed my self up Im usually ok but I still get the odd 'attack' Its worst in the morning when I wake up, I usually sneeze a few times and then get an itchy throat which pisses me off no end !! If I wiggle my fingers in my ears it tends to help.......for some bizzare reason

Yep it's a biatch!

Quick relief for all of ya..........

If your suffering form it one day get a towel drench it with COLD water then go into a room draw the curtains, lie down & cover your face with the towel - works everytime (for me anyway)!

First of all, this is not a pisstake - it does work!

Stick vaseline up your nose!! It catches much more pollen than snot alone and a quick wipe under the eyes with it helps too.

I cant remeber where i read about it now, and i know it sounds daft but try it.

I never got hayfever till I was 17. Ive had the bastard ever since
