Default knocking on ecos........

does anyone have any idea's where this knocking noise is coming from
really starting to piss me off now right i have a knock if you lift off the throttle to quick or you slip the clutch then come off the clutch too quickly, or press the throttle too hard after coasting. get the same
i've replaced

gearbox mount
engine mounts
the car now has a full poly bush kit

can there be movement between the transfer box and the main drive from the engine???? any input to my problem would be great thanks in advance

just a note about the front prop hitting the downpipe, if you have not heard it before, you would swear that the engine was gonna drop out and the whole exhaust system come off under you , with a stainles pipe it seems to amplify the noise 100 fold, then you get underneath expecting a huge rip in the side of it, and there is a mark just skimmed smaller than the size of you rlittle finger nail on a bit of the downpie you cant even see , its like a loud metallic clanking sound

there is always a bit of backlash in the front prop that doesnt sound too clever,
