I would'nt go near them, i got a stage 2 head off them and within 2 month it had cracked between the pulg holes and between the valves, sent it back and got another only to find it was for an XR3i, sent that back and got the 3rd head which i had to get the valves machined so they would fit right, personally i would steer clear of this cowboy place

Shit after sales service.
After 6 months of spending over Ł1600 with them my freshly built engine blew a cam oil seal
took it back only to be charged for the oil seal and labour, ok fair enough you may say (even though it only 6 months old)
then within a further two months it started smoking at high revs (6k+), then wanted me to pay labour and parts on an inspection........so i sold it

I say don't go near em too - they fitted a re-con engine to my 3i and fooked up and it was a bag of shite

If you were planning to go to that area, then you can't go wrong with EURO ENGINES. They fixed the problem with the SE lump, and I have gone to them ever since, as have several of my mates on my recommendation and they are lads

They are right next to Lakeside, so actually slightly closer than SE - do far better work and charge a LOT less for it too. Even make ya a cup of tea

Ask for Russel or Mark, they top boys

Plus if you went for a the 1900 conversion, they use the "proper" American tall-block, not a bored out 1600
