Drove to skeggy the other day, A52 is a nightmare, was behind a lorry, he was doing about 60mph, 2 cars behind him then me, i had left about 2 car lenghs ahead of me so i didn't need to be on the brakes every 2 seconds.

A bloke in an alfer behind me overtakes me and then pulls in infront of me, he has to slam his brakes on to stop him hitting the car in front so I have to slam them on to stop me hitting him

This sort of thing was happening all the time, even worse some one would over take about 8 cars then just pull back into lane across the front of your car because something was coming the other way, forcing you to swerve over and you and all the cars behind to slam on.

In the end, got so pissed of I would close the gap up so they couldn't get back in and had to kill their motor to make it to the front before being hit by the oncoming car.

Sounds harsh, but you go up there, top windy roads full of mental people taking stupid risks, drove me mad. If you going to over take, then over take and be gone, don't chance a bend then force me off the road trying to save your life

Used to live local to skeggy and it is like a fooking race track in the summer....

Wait till the bikes get on it, most of them are the lads i used to ride with and belive me it really gets dangerous.

oh yes the place is a nightmare, trouble is all the lorrys , biddys in micras, and tractors, they do ya nut in and its no wonder people try and get past em.

but it aint just skeggy, i put up with this crap every day

I was heading into the town doing about 65 - 70 and some old boy in a rover over took me like I was standing still

Don't know what shocked me more, the speed for his age or how fast he got an old rover to go round a bend.

Oh and you gotta love al the genuine designer names on the makert at ingelmals, even my misses turned her nose up and she will buy anything

and cornwall, fook me, few months ago some brains of plankton slammed his brakes on to catch a turning he didnt see on the a38 and i plouged right into the back of pug 307.

i have a valid excuse though, i was eating a pastie and drinking milk at the time
