i have a escort rst turbo ecu thats chipped

only problem is where the pipe goes into the map sensor the pipes snapped and has been bodge with some glue and any other bit of pipe

i was wondering if anyone knows if these can be repaired

i.e taking a map sensor out of another ecu and re soldering it into the chipped one

as i dont want to pay out for another chip on an ecu if this could be possible to do

who could swap the chip over onto an ecu and how much

Can you not change the sensor over instead of chip?

The stub is seperate to the sensor itself and is simple to change, take one apart and you will see.
