whats the best spark plugs to run my stage 3 cossie on??

&

whats the best oil,im gonna put castrol rs10/60 in and just wondering if i could do better??

silkolene pro s 10 50 oil.

motorcraft 071 plugs.

nothing wrong with castrol 10w60....

and the 071 plugs are good...

Indeed, for the money RS is expensive when you can use a proper synthetic for the same money.

Silkolene PRO S 10w-50 gets my vote every day and before you ask, YES I sell both!!

plug gap -
conventional ignition (coil and dizzy) - 0.65mm using 071 plugs
Coilpack Dizzyless ignition system - 1.00mm using 071 plugs
