It's so obvious that this "15 year old, inexperienced driver" owned them the whole time! The show makes claims that the car "broke down" and that they caught him, which is bullshit. I read a news story somewhere that said he outran them and only got caught because his father turned him in when he came home. The clip they use where he is supposedly breaking down is just a slowed-down version of the part right before he makes the u-turn earlier in the video.

Also, that cop didn't know how to drive for shit. Some person makes a gesture like they're going to ram you so you decide to swerve violently into the middle of ther road?? I like how the OFFICER REACTED INSTANTLY by swerving into a ditch.
