Had my eye on a unpainted but in perfect condition mk6/7 escort rear bumper on ebay. It was collection only from Peterborugh - lucky I have a mate that lives there so I asked him if I won it could he go and pick it up. Yes he replied! All good!

Anyway I kept watch on the bumper but totally lost track of time while fixing my car - and I missed the end of the auction by minutes

I was even more shocked to see it sold for only £10.35!

So I emailed the bloke and asked if I could put £25 quid his way via paypal could I get my mate to come pick it up! (proper sneaky I know but I need a new rear bumper!) Anyway I paid this bloke £25 quid via paypal and he's been ignoring me ever since

Its probably taught me a leason not to do dogey deals....... but I really want that bumper!

 

Sorry but what about the poor sod that "won" the auction he might have bid £100 for all you know but just because no one else bid high he got it cheap.
you can bid anytime on ebay you don't just have to watch it.

Either way, someones been done, as the seller has taken two payments for the item, best thing to do is find his address, I think you can request a users info from Ebay, and go and sort it out.

You can only request info via Ebay if your in a specific transaction with the person As this was done outside of Ebay then Paypal is your only option - but remember that is owned by Ebay too
