Big thanks to Spadge the Bufty, at Devon this weekend!
For helping me with the car! Every time it rained Spadge was there with the chamois keeping it dry for me, and all paid off as I won 1st in Modified Cosworth Class, and Car of the Day!
Funny thing was straight after the judging having a mud fight (me, Ant and Spadge) leaving the cars looking like they had just done the Lombard Rally!

Fook off you liar i wouldn't be seen dead with a chamois in hand
Ok i was bored and wet and i couldn't let you get beat by the 'trailor boys' from jockland
That mud fight was the best bit of the day and both your car and Ants looked minging by the end of it

Well done, fair play for driving all that way, then cleaning the cars back to showroom condition in a muddy field
I did consider trying for a few donuts in front of the concourse cars when we left, but didn't think we'd be very popular for doing it !!!

Well done guys!!
I have to say it did make me wonder about your sanity levels when I saw your legs (ian) coming out from under your car whilst you were polishing the underside.... in the rain.... and still the hat on!!
But as it paid off... well.... my hat off to you!!
Who's your rival then? The chat who had the magenta sapph on two rear metal stands and the wheels off?

Yes my competition was the Saph with the rear wheels off. I wouldnt of cared about covering the cars with mud from donuts, we had done quite a good job already!!
It rained all the way home too, so the car is looking well sorry for itself at the moment!
See you all at Margam, and me and Ant will still be wearing the hats!
