Ghosting of a PC's Hard Drive - how on 98 SE

As above, got this PC how it needs to be for my friend

Just want to make a copy of it as it is right now!!

then you need a copy of norton ghost in a boot disk

or a windows 98 boot disk and then ghost on cd or floppy
