Default A VERY GOOD REASON TO RUN WITHOUT AN AIRFILTER...

I was riding my bike just now when the throttlecable snapped...

So I put my left middlefinger in the left bellmouth and my right middlefinger in the right bellmouth and thus opening the slides and managed to drive home before the rain came!

So people, save the RAC man a trip and chuck away your airfilter!!!

It's a nice bike but there are loads of little niggly faults I have to sort out and hopefully this weekend 'we'll sort out the rear subframe and seat so I can have a new one knocked up that'll actually fit...

No worries Stu, I'm pretty good at improvising whilst riding

I'm know over here for sitting on the tank of the bike up against the bars, flappin'my arms as if trying to fly when overtaking cars!

LOL @ Bernie!

Funny you should mention that: I resealed the primarycase the day before yesterday only to find it leaking again the day after

That's the price to pay to own one of Britian's finest....imagine how shitty the rest were!

Well wish me luck (I'll bloody need it too...) as I have just fixed the throttlecable and tomorrow morning will set off for an 80 km trip on this deathtrap...

It will be the most uncomfortable hour of my life...except for maybe that time I had to explain to the headmaster why I snogged a teacher (hey, I was drunk! She kissed me! )
