This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *SEXITO".

Just look like one of the best hoax emails i've seen, got all the logos etc.... and was sent by service@paypal.com (altho my paypal account is .co.uk).
What you reckon as im not very clued up with eBAY and Paypal?

Same as got massage last so look into account
