-6 would be fine although many go -8 then have -6 return, I can supply all this along with your injectors

braided PTFE lined, anything else WILL leave fumes in your car as the petrol breathes through the rubber.

Will your car be parked in a garage ? You will still smell the build up every time you open the door, and if the garage is built onto the house etc.....

Well no and no, but i think i still prefer your option as i dont fancy the smell of petrol all the time.
So PTFE lined and Stainless Steel Braiding?

PTFE will keep out (or in) the smell, and the stainless ones wont rust. Its the only option IMHO.

Ford motorsport supplied fabric lined -6 fuel lines for all their cars in the early 90s.
Not sure why though?

Not by much though.
That's what's in my car, and they're not that much lighter!

PTFE Stainless Steel all the way mate...stainless steel swaged ends as well !!!
I wouldn't go any bigger than -6 although if you are having them made up you could do 3/8 pipe with 9/16 jic (-6) ends swaged on...
Regards
Ian
