Is it mandatory to hate the boss?
Well not the proper boss but the guy 2nd in charge.
I get on great with the real boss. Its just everytime i hear this 2nd boss guy speak or i see him i just wanna smash his face in. He really really gets on me nerves.
Is that normal?
p.s hes an idiot

PassionFord Post Whore!!
My boss used to be a colleague when we both worked for another company. Then got made redundant and he got into this company, then found a space for me - Top bloke and we still get on!
His boss is OK too, but the bigboss is a bit (how can I put this?) ineffective!

My boss is cool as fcuk really does look after me some of the things he does are what make him a decent bloke like
every now and again i jump in the truck in a morning and hes left a note with a 20 stuck to it telling me to get the breakfasts on him,
he arranged parking for the truck just round the corner from where i live so i dont have to use my car to get to work (this parking costs him money every week)
its little things like that that make you willing to go that extra mile for him

Work for myself now but my old boss was top, more of a drinking mate than a boss and never unfair, was mega cool about me leaving to run my own business and always tell me i can come back and run a shop for him.
But, we had a bloke work for us, all he ever wanted was run a shop and be manager and he came out with the ultimate wanker line...
"I want to be a manger so I can tell people what to do" Tosser
Another boss of mine was a wet blanket, good drinking buddy but a typical example of him in work was when I was walking over to the skip with a bundle of rubbish, he stopped me and said
"just put that in the skip matt"
What the fook did he think i was doing, popping to the pub with it??
