hmmm thanks guys....
I looked on auto trader at models with similar mileage, mot etc and it seemed a fair price, perhaps I should of accepted that guys Ł2000 at the weekend!

Don't forget those prices are for ordinary cars, yours seems to be a bit better than most might be, however, if you have a number for that Ł2k guy then I would be tempted to give him a call just to have it over and done with?
