Default How wide can i go?

Got a set of 8X17 RL7's ET38 for my cossie.
Just wondering, what's the widest sized tyres i can put on the rear.
Car is a 4x4 saff. lowered and running Bilstein dampers all round.

Cheers,

Paul.

DOO,
I know that that the rouse has rolled arches to fit the 225's but has your mate had to do his as well?
Dose it effect the handling at all having wider tyres on the rear?

cheers,

Paul

check ya bushes then

remember that the larger surface area for tyres are worse when wet rather than better

Bushes are fine, running a GP-N beam mounting kit (nylon thingies). on my 3rd rear prop though

Might go for 225's as that sounds like a decent compromise

boost mad, I got 215/40 17's on my 2wd and they rub with passengers in the back
