yeah id like to see Wigan go up with us, they play good football and have been
up there twice, falling away at the end of last season. They have a really tough game at Preston today though.

 

to true mate a local derby will be a hard game cant tell witch way it will go but preston booked there place in the playoff's last night because you beat west ham as i said good luck next year mate mick mcarthy is a top bloke good coach ive allways liked him

 

as a M'Boro fan it will be nice to have some local competition (if you can call it that ) from the sunderland boys again. Well done.

 

all you north east footy fans are great when you come to old trafford there is a great atmosphere when you lad's come old trafford .
is a very quiet place unless we play in champion's l or a few teams that bring great suporters i;e liverpool man city newcastle middlesboro sunderland.
the k stand man u fans try to liven the place up aswell as the stretford end boys but most off the fans are misserys old git's

 

Its the North East way to be very friendly, people who've never met you talk to you all the time, the only people that do that down here (im in derby at the mo) are either crazy or want money. We tend to get quite passionate about our teams as well. I remember a few years back we played a game at old trafford behind closed doors as you were having some stadium work done, we (M'boro) played shit and afterwards the team said that they had missed their fans support.

 

you mean closed door's to away fans, that was the season the north stand was being built the fans who use to sit there when the work was being carried out we were all moved else where.
i felt sorry for the away fan's that season mate.
next season they are filling the corners in where stretford end meet's north stand and where k stand meets north stand increase the capp to 75000 not heard if some of the fans near these areas are being moved as the work will run into next season

 

it should make a difference, itl stop the sound escaping so it should sound better. We did our corners at the riverside too, ours is basically a mini old trafford.
