Default Esc Cos prob (Bailey mirror image seperator)

Guyz, you have to help me out here.

I've got a problem with my Esc Cos. It's at the Ford garage at the moment to fix an oil leak and I asked them to install my Bailey mirror image breather while they were at it.

They called me today telling me that the fittings I supplied them (which I received off Bailey) are too small for my block. They will fall into my sump so they tell me.

The threaded boss is screwed into my block/sump on the exhaust side and the 2 pipe fittings should go on the inlet side like explained in this post from Dave Henshall --> https://passionford.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=103270

They also tell me that the threaded boss on the exhaust side is smaller then the connection on the tank. Also the pieces of pipe that go into the inlet side are too small but 1 (the return) is larger then the pipe on the tank.

What's going on here? Have I been supplied the wrong fittings?
Can ANYBODY supply me the correct fittings to go in the block. I would like to receive these ASAP please.

Never had a problem with fitting or fittings...... sounds like the garage haven't got a clue

4 pipes coming out of tank....

2 top 1's go to flame trap under inlet manifold and the pipe that has to be put into rocker cover

large bottom pipe vents to atmosphere

smaller bottom pipe goes to oil return under turbo

Have you got pics of the fitting kit that way I can tell you if its the coirrect kit???

morning speedy, jut got you email,

i go tmy fittings from a local plumbers supplier, IIRC the fitting i used for the turbo side was a half inch stainless nipple( wrap some PTFE thread tape around it first to seal the threads on the side that is screwed into the block, and the same for the inlet side when the factory seperator was removed , but it did need the threads grinding down on a bench grinder so it slid into the block nicely( this side is not threaded), when it was a nice fit , i then sealed it with some silicome around the top. the pipes i used were 1" OD oil/fuel resistand rubber with an ID of aruiond 5/8". they were a good tight fit onto the threaded ends of the nipples in the block then to make sure they didnt come off a nice new stainless jubilee clip on them.

could you post up some pics of the bits you have been sent?

I'm here, I'm here.
Just got home from work.

@Steve --> I always thought that the thing under the turbo wasn't an oil return.
@DAve --> thanks m8, it so happens that I'm into plumbing and central heating. Might have to search some at work tomorrow.

Will defo let you guyz know how things are going.

Thanks for the help so far.
