Just out of interest what settings do you use for general use for both front and back? Also what springs are you using??
Cheers Spadge...

Cheers Niall
I should have also asked in the original question if you are running 2wd or 4wd?

not really bothered with the 3 door yet,,, but on the 4x4 (avo's) i left them in the middle untill they bed in, then started to tinker...........

after trying loads of differant combo's, i left the fronts a couple of clicks
soft of the middle, & the rears a few clicks hard of the middle.
it drives nice like that & because the back is a bit harder (& slightly higher than the front) it stops it from 'diving' as much.

leda's on mine .. think 350 front and 250 rear ... would like to try a bit harder front as i think on track it wallows a bit .. normally have em 2 clicks on front and 3 on rear for road but 12 front and 10 rear on track

gaz coilovers:

325 front - full soft
150 rear - full soft

bounces a bit after a bump, takes a while to settle, and still feel every bump somewhat, still infinately better than it was with the 225 rears

as for handling, it is still fairly wallowy, but then i like mine comfy and dont care about a bit of bodyroll

track use
fronts
500/200 billys with 9 inch 550 lb spring
rears 300/120 10 inch spring 320 lb
may need to go less on the rear when its on track cuz of my wrc rear pick ups totally diffent
good road settings we found
250 on rear 370 fronts
a little hard but stop the wallow and back wheel lifting on hard bends
