Im into my Graff / Hip Hop culture for years any how, so I wouldnt say its Chav. Its unique cos it's the only one. whats CHAV about that?. CHAVS are all about havin the exact same shit. not unique gear.
And yeah its mainly a collector thing rather than a daily wear.
