R reg, 2.0l zetec raised comp, done 1500 miles since rebuild
the car has 103k on the clock, it was an ex bt fleet car, but EVERYTHING has been replaced.

engine
2.0l zetec fully rebuilt in feb, head and block skimmed, FRS multi layer head gasket, 42mm GSXR throttle bodies, saph cos injectors, kent cams, pbv, k&n air box, ST170 4-2-1 manifold and decat, powerflow cat back system, SECS S8 ecu, samco hoses, chrome caps.

Brakes
esc cos front brakes, RS2k rear discs, braided lines

suspension
kyb supergas struts and -40mm springs all round, poly bushed front end, front and rear strut braces modified lower arms to stop tyre wear

body
morrettes, GTi skirts and rear spats, smoked side reps, esc cos lower spoiler, lockwood grills powder coated black, front splitter. colour coded side mouldings, mirrors, boot lock etc

wheels
masitaly vt5's - refurbed last year but have very minor kerbing to 2 wheels, toyo proxes, 2 about 1 month old, 2 new in nov.

interior
cobra daytona buckets, full leather rear seats.

oil change every 3k miles, LOADS of reciepts. tax till august, mot till next feb.

may come with a carbon bonnet skin








car has had over 11k spent on it.... would like about £5750 for it...

carbon bonnet skin would ruin an otherwise subtle car i reckon

as far as what its worth, a few grand probably unless you find someone who *really* wants that spec of car, so not worth you selling it.

get it setup properly and enjoy it for a year or two first!


And dont forget to drive it to weston for a pizza hut this sunday if you are free

prolly worth more in bits, although, i have a guanteed value of £4500 on with the insurance...

Once its setup i reckon you wont want to sell it anyway

But if you do still want to sell it, would probably make more sense to put a standard engine back in and put that one in something else, like a mk1 fiesta

yes mate, should be there about 11ish, getting measured up for my wedding suit about 9.30 lol.

wouldnt mind taking it round combe, but there aint much run off if you loose it lol

at least at siverstone when i lost it there was plenty of room

Im going to be driving robs astra mk2, which i dont suppose you have seen yet (as you never come to weston, hint hint) its a bit of a stripped out track slag and is running on throttle bodies etc.

Sadly he is already booked up for passenger laps i think though on the sessions he is driving, and when im driving it i have a funny feeling that he may insist on sitting next to me at the time as he is a bit protective of it, lol
