Looking for any info on the Escort Cosworth below.
The car is a 1993 Escort Cosworth (vin shows as first registered in UK in 1995???). Was then exported from UK in 97 to its current country.
White, big turbo, Motorsport shell (has rivetted plate in boot floor, no stamped numbers in floor), but has full Recaro leather, front fogs, colour coded mirrors, fixed rear windows. No sunroof or AC etc.
Has Andy Rouse Motorsport RS decals and was brought by current owner 25 years ago with a display sign claiming to have been built by Rouse Motorsport and have 285bhp??
Has motorsport build plate with ACE which I presume is reference to the ACE14 escos project? Vin starting in SABTVR....... which I think is the uk vin allocated to many of the shell builds??
What does the UP 766 625 on the plate mean?
Any help would be appreciated. Its a beut condition, 30k mile car and would be great to know more about how it came to be.
