Default Fiesta mk2

Hi I am looking for some advice / technical help with my MK2 fiesta
the car starts & runs fine, but cannot get car to move , clutch pedal seems fine , not to high or not to low , feels as normal as a clutch could be position etc, clutch arm on top of box seems to move ok , but can put car in gear , and let clutch out and nothing there , normally a car would stall or move etc , but nothing evident so far , gear selecter rod seems to move freely underneath, getting mad with it now just want to get it working & driving any help greatly appreciated

With it in gear and engine off, can you push it?

So the fact it moves in gear would suggest the transmission is disengaged from the engine and the component that does that is the clutch.

However, if it were worn, it would slip, but you would still be able to move it.

Looks like the box needs to be removed to inspect the assembly.
