Default Restoring the underside

Hi I’ve had the underside blasted today and will be welding for the next 3 weeks. Will it be ok to paint after I’ve welded or do I need to put a protection on before? The car is inside my garage with a dehumidifier many thanks

Use something like gravitex stone guard first which is over paintable then you have good protection underneath the paint.

I've also thought about restoring to underside of my saff too. I think it would take ages to do. Mine just looks a bit tatty to me.

I would give it a quick coat of epoxy and make good any burns to it you get with welding.
