Can any one give me any tips/advice on restoring the underside of my car.

Want to remove the underseal and hammerite it, underseal on top? Is that any good?

Whats best to use to clean it up? Also whats best to soak nut and bolts in to get rid of the rust??

best way ,imho remove underseal rust etc,treat rust etc then paint with you hammerite,then stonechip then paint! soak your nuts etc in vinegar!!!!!! tesco charge 9p! for 600ml leave in a container for 48 hours will be new!!!good luck mate!!!
