Not a detailed thread about it yet when it’s ready I will add one on my Facebook page.

It sure would be a lovely thing to own, rod and his saph and the monumental performance figures it has was what really started my quest for 1000 bhp.

Sounds like you're just the man to own it to be honest. It needs someone who feels a connection to it. It's a pretty iconic car, so I really hope it ends up in good hands.

Me and rod are definitely afflicted with the same power hunger disease
All those years ago it was simply something I couldn't afford at the time, but now I can so there's a possibility it might be coming home, even at 600-700 hp with how light a saph is it will be very fast, I miss the hooliganism of my supra was the most fun car I've ever owned

For me it would be maxed out on pump fuel and that's it, I'm finished with ethanol it's already caused injector problems in my gtr !
It should make about 800 on v power which is more than enough in a saph

There might be garages charging stupid money and doing it ever 7 days lol but it's all nonsense, I do mine when it's needed myself
If I'm ever going to have another Cossie it's the one I would want 100%

If you bought it would you look to do another top speed run? Rod said that I could have gone along with him when he did the next run...sadly we did not get to do that.

It would be good to beat rods old record as that’s what he wanted to do himself when he finished the car

It's a huge ask of it, I guess will need to withhold over 1000 hp, if it can hold up to 800 hp on pump fuel I'd not want to push it further than that

400bhp per litre is a pretty serious state of tune. I agree 800 is enough.
Bought it yet?
