Wow, can't believe how quiet this place has become, I guess because of how Facebook and groups etc have taken off.

Used to be several pages per day, now I see several posts/updates per day.

Does Stu/Petrucci still run this, I used to live on here back in the day.
Ignore the low post count, I lost several thousand when there was a crash some years ago.

Any of the originals still on here??

Still quite a few of the old faces but as you say pretty dead compared to 5-10 years ago

The scene changed massively.
As the classic cars got older and the younger generation moved on with the newer models it has had a negative effect on here.
That's what I think anyway

Cheers Paul

I may be talking out of turn but I don't agree traders have to pay to advertise on here, I reckon it would bring more members if there was regular group buys and advice given out without people being worried about being banned. I mean they are a large atthraction to the site and they have to pay for the privilege.

I don't like Facebook but from what I see, there's plenty of traders selling on there FOC I assume.

It would encourage me to pay gold membership when I actually got something in return.

Shame all the forums are dead now.

PF still has a place for just general stuff & chatter. One in 100 posts of interest to me on here maybe less than that. On FB there is a focused Forum for your interest where every post is relevant to you. Ive nothing against PF still visit once or twice a week & I know some love it, but its heyday has gone its not the sites fault just Facebook is now a preferred option.

Yes, the site is so very quiet these days, as said above nothing like as busy as it used to be 4/5 yrs ago. I am not on facebook so have no idea on that but I have heard it's very busy.

Yeah, this used to be my haunt back in the day.
Shame the RSOC went to shit, once upon a time it used to be a place that you would get your number, be really proud, keep it in history of the car.
Doesn't mean anything these days

Shame, because the RSOC should be THE club to get in

Good job this isn't a main thread on the forum, it would be deleted!

Hoping to see forums get busier, I think things like Facebook are slowing up now. I scroll for 5 mins at times and don't see anything posted by anyone I know.

Could quite happily live without it.
