hi guys iv got a escort rs turbo s2 and it is having a stage 3 turbo fitted (air cooled) power eng chip,-31 piper cam kit complete with vernier and uprated piper belt and a pace double pass intercooler. how much bhp do u think it would produce? thanks guys

well i think my garage is puting it on 15 psi but at the mo its std psi

so around 8 to 10 psi but on 15psi id say about 170/180bhp

Not sure which Intercooler you mean, but if its up to the job, I would say 200bhp.

the intercooler is the 1 which is 50 percent bigger than the standard 1 fits where the old one was

I still think that Cooler is OK for 16-18psi and with a Stage 3 Turbo, good cam and all set up well, I would have thought that would be good for 200bhp if you can get to 18psi with sensible ACT's.
