Every year my company chooses a charity in which we fundraise for. This year we need to raise money for Shelter.
Every year before now we have done a sponsored walk but this year we fancy doing something different!
Anybody got any sensible/doable ideas of what we can do to raise lots of money!?!?!
There is 4 girls including me in my office.

Buy a big jar of jelly-beans and have people pay to guess how many....then make Janine count them!!

 

Flamingo flocking.....

You buy ten pink plastic flamingos and then pick ten front yards in your neighbourhood to host the flamingos. Hang a "ransom note" round each flamingo's neck saying that for a certain sum of money you will remove the flamingo. Include contact details and an explanation of why you are raising money. You can provide a price list: £10 to have the flamingo removed from your lawn, £15 to have the flamingo moved to the lawn of your choice or even £10 for "Insurance for the Prevention of Large Pink Birds"

Actually a sponsored drink aint a bad idea...

think about it. Organise a party, and sell your own drinks to cost + £1

So everytime someone buys a drink, a pound goes in the pot.

Get 50 people to buy 4 drinks thats £200

Plus anything they want to donate.
