I got away with a fixed penalty from one of those white vans with camera's, sent me the letter asking for the name of the driver, stated i didnt know due to vehicle being for sale and having numerous people round to test drive but unfortunately i didnt ask for their names and address's before the test drive, they then sent me the pics to try and identify the driver, yeah right! photo was a dodgy one from behind, all you could see was an outline of a person in the driver seat, so i just sent them another letter saying that the photo's were no use what so ever and still couldnt identify the driver, never heard anything after that
Does anyone know if the trick with a spare licence works?
