Default Boost Fluctuating..

Hiya all.

I have a Series 2 Rs Turbo in my mk5.

Ive recently had samcos, -31, it was already chipped, full oil change, distributor, rotary arm, cap, sump, full water change, and general go over. Its now been set up to 10psi on the actuator. Ive recently fitted a bleed valve and it now boosts to 14psi, but the problem is, it boosts and fluctuates to 7psi....

1st gear : duno, wheel spins LOL
2nd gear: 14peak, 7 hold.
3rd gear : 14peak, 10hold.
4th gear : 14peak, 11 hold.
5th gear : 14peak, 11 hold.

I defininatly feel i have a problem, could i have a list of problems i could start to work thru guys please?

Thanks!!!!

Depends on actuator really, but yea it can be, if anything your actuator may be a little weak! but you' always get the boost tailing off no matter what. ..
