Default 2015 Focus 1.5T ecoboost Zetec S

Does any forum member have one of these currently?

It's time to change the car this year and this particular model has caught my eye. The latest model's redesign of the interior is a lot better than the previous.
So, before I go hunting one down I'm looking for advice of anyone who currently has this model, or, is running a car with that particular engine - the 145BHP version.

Anything to look out for or worth noting?

Cheers

I'm running a 1.6 ecoboost in a mondeo. It's had a remap so far and have had no issues at all.

Rumour has it that the 1.5T Ecoboost will power the next generation Fiesta ST replacing the 1.6. Should be popular with tuners if that's the case in the future.

Not really after a 'hot' or 'hyper' hatch car really.

I'm after something that still looks the part, butstill offers good value in terms of running costs (MPG return, annual VED cost& insurance costs).

I was also considering a new SEAT Leon 1.4Tsi (EcoTsi) 150BHPSC in FR spec- £30 a year VED, insurance group 21, an alleged 60mpg return………for a 2015 plate car, its £14K - £16K

The Focus 1.5 Ecoboost Zetec S, with Sync2 & NAV/BT is similar to the new Leon FR in terms of BHP & spec, £100 a year VED & Insurance group 19………….a 15 plate car can be had for £13 - £13.5K

When I first started looking, I did consider going in a different direction & I looked at a Volvo C30 2.0L R-design Lux on a 13 plate, but at £10.5K - £11K for a 3 - 3.5 year old car and annual VED of £225 put me off, especially when I could get into a 1 year old Focus for £2Kmore.

Currently in a 59 reg mk2 Leon 1.4Tsi Sport . I decided I wanted a change last time after arun of 5 Fords & traded in my 2002 mk1.5 Focus in for it. Feeling the need to return though
