I am running stage 3 with t34 on standard head bolts, i think the standard bolts are quite good and people have had problems with the arp stud and nut kits cracking the block. Im sure someone will be able to tell you 100% though

I do drive it hard, and i am in the middle of putting it back together it was stage1 but blew the groupe a gasket. So i put it back together with a nice new t34 .63 with the greens etc and a cometic gasket with standard ford head bolts. I was advised this was the best way to go before spending double on a wrc gasket

320 bhp, greens, t34, 500 ic etc, thrashed continuously, and all on standard head bolts from Ford. Not had a problem, as long as all torqued up correctly.

Don't ask me what torques / degrees i use as i forget everytime I take the car apart

Karl Norris uses standard head bolts on his engines and he's done some big bhp engine work
